To gain access to the Members Only Area you need two things.

First:  The program asks for your Username.  This is your TCI number.  Some are getting confused that this is their name.  Remember the Username is your TCI number. 

Example. . . 132

The second thing the program asks is your Password.  Your password is your last name with only the first letter capitalized.    Example. . . . Smith

So if your TCI number was 132 and your last name was Smith.  You would first type . . 132. . . for the username and then . . . Smith. . . for your password.
